It is our pleasure to have worked with D.C International Mobility Consulting Services Inc. to develop their website. Indeed, this Montreal-based company offers recruitment services for foreign personnel and training. The goal was to create a website to make it easier for Internet users to seek employment in Canada. Thus, we discussed making visible all the services of the company.

Nowadays, there are numerous job seekers because a lot of them don’t have information on the job postings of certain companies. At the same time, they are limited in the level of training they can take to strengthen their skills. Given the Canadian context, job searches are done online. The need to create this site should therefore arise to easily inform all types of people about new recruitments and job offers in Montreal and in all of Canada.

Solutions Expected by International Mobility Consulting Services

To solve this problem, some questions such as arose:

1. Which target is the platform for?
2. What problems can the target face?
3. How to make a platform that really meets the need?

Thanks to these questions, we were able to find the approach adopted for the development of the website. In summary, the expected solutions based on the problem were to have:

1. A site 100% suitable for Mobile and tablets. Since most people use phones to navigate.
2. The performance of the site. We also took time to optimize the images, to reduce the impact of the server on the site.
3. Optimized the CSS and JavaScript codes.

Validate HTML Syntaxes. We also took the time to validate that the website uses only the right HTML syntaxes.

Technologies and tools used

To create this site, we chose WordPress for its online presence. Here is a list of some tools we have used:

• Contact Form 7. It is an extension that allows you to add a contact form on any page thanks to the short code.
• WPML. We used WPML to make the site multilingual. We also used custom extensions. Prositeweb Inc also develops custom extensions that it uses on customer sites.
