It is a great pleasure for us to have worked with DC International Mobility Consulting Services Inc. for the development of their website. It is a Montreal-based company that offers foreign personnel recruitment and training services. Our goal was to create a website to make it easier for internet users looking for a job in Canada. To be able to solve this problem elaborated above, it was a question of answering certain questions such as:
- What target is the platform aimed at?
- What problems can the target face?
- How to make a platform that really meets the need?
Thanks to these questions, we were able to find the approach adopted for the development of the website. In summary, the expected solutions based on the problem was to have:
- A site 100% adapted to Mobile and tablets. Since most people use phones to browse.
- Site performance. We took time to optimize the images, reduce the impact of the server on the site or Optimized the CSS and JavaScript codes.
Validate HTML Syntaxes. We also took the time to validate that the website uses only the correct HTML syntaxes.
Technologies and tools used
For the creation of this site, we chose WordPress for its online presence. Here is the list of some tools that we used: Contact Form 7. It is an extension which allows to add a contact form on any page using the short code. WPML . We used WPML to make the site multilingual. We also used custom extensions. Prositeweb Inc also develops custom extensions that it uses on client sites.
