About the position

Prositeweb is seeking an organized, proactive, and communicative individual for a hybrid role in administration and business development . The successful candidate will play a central role in the smooth operation of the company’s administrative functions, while actively supporting growth through prospecting, opportunity tracking, pre-qualification of incoming leads, and the organization of sales initiatives. This position is ideal for a versatile individual who enjoys structuring, coordinating, and moving projects forward, as well as contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

Main responsibilities

1) Administration and coordination

  • To ensure the daily administrative follow-up of the company
  • Organize internal documents, files and information
  • Carry out the necessary follow-ups with clients, partners or collaborators
  • Responding to certain general inquiries and directing requests to the correct place
  • Coordinate appointments, calls, meetings and reminders
  • Update tracking tools, contact lists, spreadsheets and CRM
  • Assisting with the preparation of basic administrative documents, submissions, or presentations
  • Ensuring the smooth flow of information between the different activities of the company

2) Sales prospecting and follow-up

  • Conduct targeted prospecting activities, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Research and qualify new contacts or potential companies
  • Conduct initial follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Responding to incoming calls or requests using a pre-qualification approach
  • Identify the initial needs of prospects and gather relevant information
  • Schedule follow-up appointments or calls with management
  • Keep information related to business opportunities up to date
  • Ensure structured and regular follow-ups

3) Monitoring, visibility and support for development

  • Identify relevant opportunities for the company: events, calls for tenders, partnerships, visibility opportunities
  • Identify interesting strategic events or networking activities
  • Contribute to the commercial organization and monitoring of development initiatives
  • Publish content on social media using materials already prepared by the team
  • Perform simple coordination tasks related to the company’s digital presence
  • Report opportunities, trends, or useful information to management

  • 50% administration and coordination
  • 30% prospecting and sales follow-up
  • 20% monitoring, opportunity research, events, sales organization and distribution of provided content

  • Fluency in written and oral communication
  • Comfort with calls, follow-ups and professional exchanges

Requirements and strengths

  • Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, sales support, or business development
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn for prospecting or professional networking
  • Ability to use tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, scheduling platforms, or collaborative tools
  • Good quality of written and spoken French
  • Functional English is an asset
  • Experience in an SME or agency environment: a significant asset
