Billing Methods

For these services, we use an hourly billing system. However, a fixed-cost estimate may be provided if your project is similar to those we have completed before.

Here are the details of our hourly rates:

• $95/hour: Billed in blocks of hours (minimum 30 hours).
• $100/hour: For projects between 20 and 30 hours.
• $120/hour: For projects under 20 hours or for hourly billing (e.g., 2 hours of work).

In summary:

• If your project requires more than 30 hours, you pay in blocks of 30 hours at a reduced rate.
• For projects between 20 and 30 hours, the rate is set at $100/hour.
• For occasional needs of less than 20 hours, the rate is set at $120/hour.

Accepted Payment Methods

For all our projects, we offer several convenient payment options:

1. Interac Transfer: The payment email address will be provided after the service agreement is signed.
2. Bank Transfer: We will provide you with a sample check to complete the transfer.
3. PayPal or Stripe: You can pay via our CRM using a credit card or PayPal.

Important Information

• Start of Work: No project will commence without the advance payment of the agreed amount as stated in the agreement.
• Warranty: Our services come with a 3-month warranty.
