As a Solutions Architect at Prositeweb Inc, you will be at the heart of creating tailor-made solutions that transcend our clients’ expectations. You will facilitate the definition and implementation of custom CRM integrations, working closely with our multidisciplinary project teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer needs, designing suitable integration solutions, collaborating with development teams, and fully documenting integration processes. You will play a vital role in bringing each client’s unique vision to life, ensuring our web solutions remain self-sustaining and efficient.

Required Skills :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can master the complex challenges of CRM integration. The following skills and qualities are essential:

Salesforce Experience: Proven expertise in the Salesforce platform, including modules such as FSC, Velocity, and Marketing Cloud in the insurance industry. Ability to design integration models with Salesforce.com web services APIs.
Consultation and Collaboration: Strong ability to interact directly with clients to understand their business needs and design tailor-made solutions. Experience consulting and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless CRM integration.
Architecture Design: In-depth knowledge of architectures, including micro/macro/monolithic services, API, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, and distributed architecture.
Modeling and Languages: Proven experience and skills in data modeling, web programming languages, and the design of integration models.
Technical Mentoring: Ability to act as a technical mentor to development teams, sharing your knowledge to foster growth and technical excellence within the team.
Communication and Transparency: Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, ranging from customers to internal teams, with openness and transparency essential.
Adaptability and Motivation: Comfortable in a constantly evolving technological environment, driven by challenges and results, with a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new technologies.
Bilingualism: Fluency in French and English, with the ability to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer needs for CRM integration.
Design and develop tailor-made CRM integration solutions.
