It is a great pleasure for us to have worked with DC International Mobility Consulting Services Inc. to develop their website. Indeed, this Montreal-based company offers foreign personnel recruitment and training services. It therefore aimed to create a website to facilitate the task of Internet users seeking employment in Canada. Thus, it was a question of making all the services of the company visible.

Nowadays, there are many unemployed people, because many do not have the information on the recruitment notices of certain companies. Furthermore, they are limited in the level of training they can take to improve their skills. Given the Canadian context, job search is done online. The need to create this site has thus arisen to easily inform all types of people about new recruitments and job offers in Montreal and throughout Canada.
Solutions Expected by International Mobility Consulting Services
To be able to solve this problem elaborated above, it was a question of answering certain questions such as:
- What target is the platform aimed at?
- What problems does the target encounter?
- How to make a platform that really meets the need?
Thanks to these questions, we were able to find the approach to adopt to develop the website. In summary, the expected solutions based on the problem were to have:
- A site 100% adapted to mobiles and tablets. As most people use phones to browse.
- Site performance. We took time to optimize the images, reduce the impact of the server on the site or Optimized the CSS and JavaScript codes.
Validate HTML Syntaxes. In addition, we have also taken the time to validate that the website uses only the correct HTML syntaxes.
Technologies and tools used
To create this site, we chose WordPress because of its online presence. Here is the list of some tools we used:
- Contact Form 7. It is an extension which allows to add a contact form on any page thanks to the short code.
- WPML . We used WPML to make the site multilingual. We also used custom extensions. Prositeweb Inc also develops custom extensions that it uses on client sites.
