Technical support – Bilingual (French and English)
At Prositeweb Inc., we are looking for a bilingual (French and English) technical support specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for supporting customers, excellent communication skills, and strong technical skills, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide first level technical support to customers via phone, email and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by customers.
- Document issues and solutions in our ticket management system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
- Ensure regular follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Participate in the creation and updating of technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and products.
Required Skills :
- Excellent command of French and English, oral and written.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong problem solving and technical diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of operating systems, common software and networks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Patience, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
