Diplomas / Level of study:
- Have a secretarial / administration training
- Have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and negotiation
- Bilingual (spoken and written is essential)
- Have a sense of organization and autonomy
- Mastery of the management of the general planning, of the various meetings and minutes of the meetings.
- Have good writing skills
- Mastery of operational communication, good listening skills, great patience and knowing how to deal with unforeseen events.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), computer skills
- Meticulous person, methodical and attentive to details
Responsibilities / Tasks of an Administrative Assistant in Montreal:
The administrative assistant must be able to perform various administrative tasks:
- Provide unparalleled customer service to important executive patients
- Work as a team to accomplish department goals
- The processing of mail, namely collection, franking and dispatch as well as receipt, sorting and redistribution of the letters received.
- Manage the telephone reception.
- Management of the organization, sorting and classification of files.
- Management of the secretariat and accounting.
- Direct relations with external persons who request public services, from reception to orientation in the services managing files.
- The request for certificates corresponding to the situations encountered.
